Cancellation Policy for Registration: 

To cancel the registration, participants must submit their request by email to icpess2018@nevsehir.edu.tr. The registration fee minus a processing fee of 25% will be refunded until November 15th, 2018.  No refund will be made if the registration is cancelled after November 15th, 2018.
